No More Binder Overload – Your Service Reports Are Now in Your Inbox!

We recently switched to a new service platform. This new system no longer requires print outs filling up those precious binders in your office. Instead, it now comes immediately to the email address you have with us. Even at 2 am!
You may see a technician standing in the service vehicle looking at their phone when they arrive. No, we aren't playing games, we are using the new system. Seems everything is on our phones nowadays.
We do however print out CQM forms still.
If you are not receiving these emails, please reach out to our trusty Service Manager, srutley@westcoastrobotics.ca to have that rectified.
