When there's updates to such SOPs that need to be made, we change them in the cloud server so that everyone can have access to the latest up to date information. Whether that is a new owner's manual or a Horizon/software SOP. The cloud drive is your friend. Follow the path as shown below to access the up to date SOP on entering treatment plans and medicines in Horizon.
If you do not have access to the folder, please contact our FMS support on call using the number 1-866-601-5532 and press 6. We will make sure you have access to the correct folders.
