With all the technology, it has to be eventually upgraded. I still have an iPhone 4, but bleh.
The CRS+ is nearing its end of days, providing good reliability for 15+ years. It will lose its parts/tech support at the end of 2026 due to obsolescence.
The new CRS M3, well almost new, comes with Remote Support, SIM/Cellular, landline, and the option to use VoIP/wireless hubs. The speech board has been upgraded and is fully customizable per device if needed. Clear and precise alarm reporting.
From a technician standpoint, we can assure remote support rather than having to remember menus and such. From a dairy standpoint, you can access it remotely when away. Like setting who is taking calls and more without having to be physically present. Pretty handy if you ask me.

Shh, don't tell anyone, but the new ModAlarm that comes with the CRS M3 is much nicer when it calls. Well, okay, clearer.
